Spanish Olive Hummus

Mmmm! What’s better than some hummus and warm pita bread?! Not much folks.

Yes, olives.

In your hummus. As a Spanish Resident, I eat probably too many olives a day but they are just too delish here!

This recipe is quick and best eaten with warm bread and carrot sticks (or straight off the spoon)

Ingredients:

  1. Olives (3 TSP)
  2. A few cherry tomatoes for color
  3. Garbanzo beans (2 cups)
  4. Himalayan Salt 1tsp
  5. Olive oil (extra virgin)
  6. 1tsp of Cumin
  7. 3 whole garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Put everything into blender
  2. Blend.
  3. Enjoy.
